Lambert football overcomes turnovers to win at Habersham Central

Mt. AIRY – It was a game of defense and turnovers for the Lambert Longhorns this week as they went on the road to take on the Habersham Central Raiders. Despite five turnovers, Lambert prevailed with a 21-7 victory Friday to win its fifth straight and remain undefeated in Region 6-AAAAAA. Both the Longhorns’ and the Raiders’ defenses came to play.
