January is National Hot Tea month and it sure is the perfect season for consuming lots of hot beverages—my favorite is definitely a cup of hot tea. I have been drinking tea ever since I can remember—iced tea pretty much all year long, and during the colder months, cup upon cup of steaming hot tea.
