There are reports of 1.8 magnitude earthquake in Northeast Forsyth on the night of Dec. 9
No damage was reported according to authorities

According to the US Geological Service there was a 1.8 magnitude earthquake in Northeast Forsyth County on Dec. 9 at around 8:45 p.m.

Sheriff Ron Freeman posted that there were “dozens of calls to 911 and FCSO but thankfully no damage reported.”
