FCSO officials have issued a BOLO for a Forsyth County teen last seen on Tuesday, May 21.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has issued a Be on the Lookout alert to find a juvenile who reportedly left home. Anyone with information should contact the major crimes unit at 678-513-5975 or somajorcrimes@forsythco.com or FCSO dispatch at 770-781-3087.
