Stables Motor Condo submits plans to Forsyth County

A large-scale development for a high-end car storage development has cleared another hurdle to becoming a reality. Per a news release, Destination Development Partners and The Good Group have submitted plans for review to county planning officials for Stables Motor Condos and Retail Village, “Atlanta’s first private garage suites designed for car collectors and motorsports enthusiasts.”

Forsyth County has officially opened its 2,200-square-foot “Health and Wellness” center, which will offer onsite medical services to Forsyth County employees and their families in the coming years.
