EAST FORSYTH — A southeast Forsyth man was arrested Tuesday morning for an incident four days earlier in which he reportedly cut two people’s hands with a knife on Buford Dam Road.

Doug Rainwater, a spokesman for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, said deputies found 41-year-old Brian Minor at his home near Little Ridge Park about 9 a.m. He was taken into custody without incident.

Minor has been charged with aggravated assault and is being held without bond at the Forsyth County Detention Center.

Minor, who Rainwater described as “well-known throughout the county” due to prior incidents, drove off Dec. 4 after the fight involving a knife.

Deputies responded to reports of a stabbing, but quickly determined the victims had suffered topical, non-life threatening injuries.
