SOUTH FORSYTH - Deputies are looking for two men who they say shot a man during a Craigslist sale gone bad in the parking lot of the Kroger store on Peachtree Parkway at about 11 p.m. Friday night.
According to Deputy Epifanio Rodgriguez, a spokesman for the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, the victim, identified only as a 56-year-old white male, had arranged to meet someone in the store parking lot to complete an online sale.
Rodriguez said the victim was shot once in the chest by a white male, who had gotten out of the car to meet the victim, and that the shooting appeared to be a robbery attempt.
Although the victim's current medical condition was not available, Rodriquez said he was conscious and communicating with deputies when he was taken to the hospital.
