According to Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office authorities, a local couple has been arrested on several felony charges related to alleged crimes against children, following the search of a residence in northwest Forsyth.
Jimmy Don Hill III, 37, of Cumming was arrested at noon Friday and charged with four counts of child molestation, three counts of strong arm rape, and one count each of sexual battery against a child under 16 and incest, according to Cpl. Doug Rainwater of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
Mary Ann Hill, 37, of Cumming was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with alleged cruelty to children, child neglect.
Rainwater said that the search warrant was carried out by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the incident is currently under investigation.
Both Jimmy Don Hill III and Mary Ann Hill are currently being held at the Forsyth County Jail under no bond.
Rainwater said that it is “highly unlikely” Jimmy Don Hill will receive a bond due to the nature of his alleged crimes.
He said that they currently believe that Mary Ann Hill had knowledge of her husband’s alleged crimes prior to their arrests.
