According to Forsyth County Authorities, a man from Cumming has been arrested on several felony charges of alleged rape and child molestation following the search of a residence in northwest Forsyth.
Jimmy Don Hill III, 37, of Cumming was arrested at noon Friday and charged with four counts of child molestation, three counts of strong arm rape, and one count each of sexual battery against a child under 16 and incest, according to Cpl. Doug Rainwater of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
Rainwater said that the search warrant was carried out by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the incident is currently under investigation.
Hill is currently being held at the Forsyth County Jail under no bond. Rainwater said that it is “highly unlikely” Hill will receive a bond due to the nature of his alleged crimes.
