The Forsyth County Senior Expo drew a large crowd in its 10th year.
Topping organizers’ projections, nearly 750 people walked through the doors of the Central Park Recreation Center on Saturday, said Valerie Rhoads, interim director of senior services.
About 80 vendors showcased services and products for seniors, Rhoads said.
Of those, the department heard much "positive feedback" from businesses or professionals who plan to return to future events, she said.
Attendees seemed to most enjoy the hospitality room, where there was free food and entertainment, Rhoads said.
