Forsyth County News
The Peachtree Court community is holding its inaugural holiday bazaar and bake sale Saturday.

There will be tasty treats and about 15 vendors selling everything from soaps and lotions to jewelry and flowers.

Organizers are hoping to reach out to the entire county, as proceeds will benefit the family of 2-year-old Jacob Phelps.

Phelps, recently diagnosed with a brain tumor, is receiving treatment in Seattle.

His family, including 5-year-old brother Andrew, 2-month-old sister Hannah and mother Mary, are staying with him at a Seattle-area Ronald McDonald House. His father, Ben, is in Afghanistan.

The bazaar will run from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Peachtree Court Clubhouse.
