The last of three men involved in an October home invasion in Cumming entered a guilty plea in Forsyth County Superior Court on Thursday. Forsyth County commissioners voted Thursday to set the proposed annual fee for a non-traditional tobacco paraphernalia sales license at $1,000 following a second public hearing on the new regulatory ordinance.
