The Forsyth County School district has named its top counselors of the year. The honors were presented during a ceremony Wednesday to Anne Ogilvy of Vickery Creek Elementary School and Bob Carnaroli of West Forsyth High School. Candidates for the annual award were nominated by administrators, fellow counselors, teachers and parents.
